Nurse-Family Partnership Program

This is a free and voluntary support program.  If you are pregnant for the first time, and less than 28 weeks, you may be eligible.

This program provides community-based home visitation support services to expectant parents and families with newborns to help clients reduce stress, enhance family functioning, promote child development and positive parent-child interaction, and minimize the incidence of abuse and neglect.

Additional in-home services include therapeutic intervention for parents with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders offered to both English and Spanish speakers.
